At I am Wild at Art, your happiness is our priority! If something isn't quite right with your order, don't worry—we've got you covered. Our hassle-free refund and return process is designed to make things easy. Just follow the steps below, and we'll take care of the rest. RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you need to cancel an order that is not damaged, defective, or mistakenly ordered, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must then be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized products (items customized with a name or message)

  • Commissioned artwork (art created specifically for you by the artist)

To initiate a return, please fill out the box at the top of this page with your email address and information about your return.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations (if applicable):

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 28 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kirsten@iamwildatart.com.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kirsten@iamwildatart.com or fill out the above form.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but typically, replacements arrive within 7-10 days.

If you are shipping an item of high value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, and a refund or exchange can only be authorized upon receipt of the original item.
